Off-Season

 
Our housekeeping cabins are exceptional, spacious and charming.  All cabins are carpeted, have one to three full baths and are each supplied with all cooking and eating utensils.  Although the cabins are heated, each has a fireplace as well.  The view of the Chalk Creek Valley and the surrounding mountains varies from cabin to cabin. Come, stay and find the perfect cabin for your mountain getaway.

 Medium Cabin  Three bedrooms & sleeps up to 6  $175.00/night for up to 5
 Large Cabin  Three or four bedrooms & sleeps up to 8  $235.00/night for up to 6
Deluxe Cabin Three bedrooms & sleeps up to 6 $290.00/night for up to 6
Additional Rate: $25.00 per person per night for each additional person age 6 and over
  • Rates effective late August through late May.
  • No charge for children age 5 and under.
  • Rates for Singles (One person in cabin) is 25% discount off the regular rate in any cabin.
  • 6.8% tax not included in rate.
Ranch facilities you are welcome to use during your stay include our hot springs swimming pool, outdoor hot tub (try out the lights and fountain!), indoor sauna, game room and, if you can't miss the big game, the large screen TV in our meeting hall.  Cribs, Pack N Plays, highchairs, rollaways and grills are all available upon request at no additional charge.

Groups


We love to host groups here between late August and late May at rates greatly reduced from our peak summer season.  Groups that stay on the ranch have use of Centennial Hall at no additional charge, our game room and lodge lounge.  Smaller meeting areas are also available.  Sue will tailor a dining menu specific for your group and a beverage service is available in Centennial Hall upon request.

We do need a minimum of 30 people, or payment for 30, in order to serve groups meals.  For groups less than 30, we offer different options, including the regular off-season rate in cabins as shown above.  Please call or email Bev, our group coordinator for a quote for your group.  In addition to the dates you are interested in, she needs to know the number of people, the number of nights and which meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) you are interested in.

Based on the makeup of your group i.e, couples vs singles vs youth vs families, Bev will work with your group leader to reserve the most comfortable accommodations for your group.  For groups with meals, we ask that you fill our ten room lodge first.
