Questions & Answers About the Off-Season

Our off-season usually begins the last week in August and ends the Friday after Memorial Day.

Do you have a minimum night's stay?
We have a two night minimum stay on weekends and three night minimum during some holidays.

Are meals available during my stay?
We do not serve meals during our off-season except to large groups that contract for meals. You will need to plan on buying and preparing your own meals. There is one grocery store 15 minutes away in Buena Vista and a Super Wal-Mart 25 minutes away in Salida. We would also be glad to recommend local restaurants.

Are meals required?
No. Unlike the summer months when we require cabin guests to eat at least one meal a day with us, no meals are required in the off-season. You are on your own for meals.
